Bicycle Mayor of Mumbai, Dr Vishwanathan Iyer with group of Cyclists at Healthspring Centre<\/strong><\/p>\n

New Delhi (India), April 10: Healthspring\u00a0<\/strong>is proud to be associated with \u201cCycle Chalwa, City bachwa\u201d and\u00a0Smart Commute Foundation,<\/strong>\u00a0a group of eminent Cyclists in the city, led by the bicycle mayor of Mumbai, and a renowned\u00a0Neuro Surgeon Dr<\/strong>.\u00a0Viswanathan Iyer for Cycling in the city covering a distance of 15 Km from- the Cuffe parade touching each Healthspring Centre from CuffeParade, Goregaon, Mulund, Powai, to mark the 75th Year of WorldHealth Organization (WHO) and spread the message that it is the best form\u00a0of exercise, for any age, to keep yourself fit and also protect the environment, which is available to any individual at no cost, except for the\u00a0cost of owning a cycle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This event is in sync with our National Health Policy 2017, where the emphasis is on \u201cWellness and Fitness\u201d led by our PM right from the day he took up the office.<\/strong><\/p>\n

India is home to\u00a0Non-Communicable Diseases<\/strong>\u00a0(NCDs), including\u00a0Diabetes, Hypertension, Bronchial Asthma, and Chronic RespiratoryIllnesses,<\/strong>\u00a0where Life Style Changes can play a significant role in preventing NCDs, and once any of the NCDs affect, control, or in some<\/p>\n

cases reverse the ailment.<\/p>\n
