They can apply for the post irrespective of gender and fill out application forms for the District Co-ordinator or Supervisor, also known as Block Mitra or Sayak B lock Mitra.  Eligibility Criteria

The candidate has to mention their name, educational qualification, age as prescribed by the Ayushman Institute of Skill Development Education. Other eligibility criteria can be seen in the table below to ascertain whether you can apply for the post.

Criteria to fill the application form

★ Submit the application fee online, followed by uploading a photo and your signature.

★ Fill out personal information like address etc.

★ Please read the notification carefully by clicking on the ‘Advertisement / Notification‘ link given.
★ Click on the link to Apply Online.
★ On the main page, click on APPLY NOW link.
★ When a new window opens, there will be a table. You need to fill it out by clicking on the link Apply Online (Basic Information) and clicking on Next.
★ The application fee has to be submitted online.
★ After submission, a printout of the Application Form needs to be kept with you.
